Michigan Circuit Courts

District Courts for DL Cases

The majority of traffic violations and tickets will be handled by district courts throughout the state. District courts also handle all misdemeanor criminal charges, including DUI, OWI, OUIL, OWVI, OWPD, and other first or second offense vehicle related criminal charges.
