Possession of a Schedule I or II Drug in Michigan
Possession of Schedule I and II substances can lead to the most serious criminal penalties, which can include substantial fines, years in prison, and a felony criminal record. Drugs classified as Schedule I and II include heroin, cocaine, LSD, and methamphetamines. While marijuana is also classified as Schedule I, different penalties apply to the drug.
