At the criminal defense law firm of Grabel & Associates, we have years of experience defending those accused of any type of felony or misdemeanor charge in Michigan. We know that many times, law enforcement officials make key errors during an arrest such as unlawfully detaining an individual, failing to provide an attorney when requested, and not advising citizens of their constitutional rights. Recognizing errors in the arrest process can often serve to reduce or eliminate pending charges.
We understand the impact an arrest or conviction may have on you and your family, and have successfully worked to reduce or dismiss charges in all criminal matters, including:
- Michigan DUIs/DWIs
- Drug charges including possession, distribution and conspiracy
- Theft crimes
- Sex crime charges
- Juvenile crimes
- Other violent crimes
