According to Section 333.7401 which deals with manufacturing, creating, delivering, or possessing a narcotic with intent to manufacture, create, or deliver, there are extremely harsh consequences for anyone who is convicted of possessing a Schedule I or II drug with intent.

For amounts less than 50 grams, up to 20 years behind bars is still possible, but with a maximum fine of $25,000.
